Dang, I almost want to 3 bet this. If I had position and had mouthbreaker trapped I would. I would like to see if hijack likes his hand enough to cap, and having a guy trapped might make it worth it.

This looks suspiciously like your JJ hand. Is there some sort of point you're trying to make, here? [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
Hero checks. There are 4.5BB in the pot, so it'll be 6.5:1 when it gets back to you. You've got 6 outs to the straight (your 6-high flush is not worth a play) and 2 outs to the set, so you can call 1 back to you, but you don't have the equity to bet out.

I think there's a pretty decent likelihood we have the best hand on that turn. I like the flop check/call. I think I donk this turn. I don't want MP taking a free card.

But as you'll see I played them slightly differently. I was happy with the way I played both hands but wasn't sure if you guys would like either hand.

We call and see the river. If we hit a straight, we bet. If we hit a flush, we bet. If we hit a set, eh, I'm torn between betting and c/r'ing. I'll think some more. If we miss all of those, we check and fold. Easy peasy, puddin' pie.
