Sweet, it looks like you get double points during happy hours, and I play then. But I didn't get this offer, probably because I'm only a blue playerclub member

If I play 500 $22 SNGs, this amounts to a 29% rakeback deal.
If I play 500 $33 SNGs, this amounts to a 19% rakeback deal.
If I play 250 $55 SNGs, this amounts to 23.5% rakeback.

But if you play less than the required amount, you get 0%. And once you meet the required amount, you get 0% for the rest that you play during the time period

Edit: And I feel certain this offer must change each month based on the volume I play/pay.

Don't be too sure of this. These offers were random. I think they're feeling it out to see what gives THEM the most return/increase in play.

You have to read it carefully - The offer shows up each time you login and updates every 24 hours with your new point total. I play about 1200-1500 $10 SNGs per month and my point requirement is 9390 but it's "regular" points not bonus points. Happy hour points, points for depositing $, etc. don't count - only regular points.

This could be true. Or, they could be considering taking the rakeback idea inhouse. Pretty tough to speculate at this point.

There are a conspicuous number of posters who have new 2+2 IDs making interesting first posts over the past 24 hours.

Didn't mike the party rep throw around an idea about in house rakeback?? And people basically said why bother when players can get 30% on the skins??
