check your account activity page on the website(s). mine clealy show refunds for the my SNGs.

if you were in an MTT, i dont know if they issued you a refund (i suspect they did on some pro rated basis), but for SNGs im guessing they refunded everyone.

i had no problem logging in thru the websites.

www.multipoker.com click My Account (enter name and pass), the click "Account Activity".

it's working fine for me still. not sure why it wouldnt be working for you. it was a slight laggish logging in, but not more than 10 seconds or so.
