i thought pso already had a long standing deal w/party?

they had their 27.5% rake rebate for a LONG time.

i wonder what the catch is?

If you go to the webpage that is logically the 'party poker' version of their rake rebate (on pso), the 'I agree' button goes to a 'Page cannot be displayed', so I'd say they don't offer it anymore.
