You sound like you have the same build as me. I'm the same height and was the same weight starting. I don't think you'll have a problem putting on another 15 it's after that when it gets hard. I put on 30 pounds to get to 163 at 5' 9" in about 13 months which was in feb. My goal was to get to 175 by the end of this year, but I'm sitting between 168-170. My goal is to get to 175 fairely lean build. Good luck to you guys oh ya, to the OP go for 160. If you just started lifting, I don't think you should be taking creatine. Creatine is used more for strength gains, not size. The most important thing is to eat a ton, as well as make sure to exhaust your muscles at the gym. I would look into consulting an experienced trainer or physician. |
