The answer is easily no. Anyone could have the top players of each position and still not be well. In the NFL anything can change in one week.

After all Peyton Manning is prob one of the 5 best FF players, but from week 1-3 his scores are sub par.

Plus with bye weeks, you'll always miss a key player.

If the only Defense you have is JAC, then you better find a secondary D. JAC will still have to play the colts again, and many other tough opponents in the AFC.

the subject of the post is an exaggeration. you don't have to tell me that there is variance involved in fantasy football.
