meh. If its what you want to hear. I moved up to nl 400 over the summer, then moved back down and then moved back up and now I play nl 600. After various adjustments in my style I am now doing quite well there.

Biggest thing that helped me? moving my pfr from 12% to 21% and tightening down from vpip 33% to vpip 25%

Man I feel your pain. I am getting my teeth kicked in currently.

For inspiration, think of all the times you run well and how easy the money seems to come during those times, then realize that those times will come again. Just be patient and wait for them.
