Ramsey??

[/ QUOTE ]

You are kidding. Paying a high price for a QB at this point is a horrible idea. And a high price is what the Redskins will want. The Jets will be better off signing a couple free agent QB's (Jesse Palmer, Quinn, Vinny). Who cares really.

This season is lost (probably has been since they decided to let Pennington rush back WAY TOO FAST). Chalk it up to a rebuilding year or whatever you want to call it. Get a top 10 pick. See if Pennington (with a proper rehab) can come back. And then use that pick for some o-line help, or a qb or a rb.

Also Patrick Ramsey sucks major ass and isn't worth a 7th round pick.

The NY Post mentions: Neil O'Donnell.

[ QUOTE ]
One source in the know amongst the Jets' brass indicated last night that bringing a veteran like Testaverde or another former Jet, Neil O'Donnell, who has worked in Heimerdinger's system, would likely be a short-term answer.

The New York Post is saying that Fiedler is done for the year. The New York Daily News is reporting that Fiedler is out 6-8 weeks and will be getting a second opinion today.

I think the Jets will wind up signing Doug Johnson today who is somewhat familiar with Dingers's system.

The real question is, do the Jets have a shot at winning this weekend against Baltimore (minus Boller)? Haha.

The Jets should trade for Sorgi. But he may come at a high cost seeing how any day now he will replace the ineffective Peyton Manning.

[/ QUOTE ]

No kidding. What has Manning done? Nothing. He's just lucky he has a defense. Sorgi is a clearly the guy they need running that offense. I just hope James is ready to carry the ball 55 times/game

16 carries for 105 yards.
