Hero has 12xBB and he would up with 5-way action. This is an excellent result playing for a set. If you think the table is loose passive, this may be reasonable.

Pushing with a limper from early position with 66 and 12xBB gives you a marginal advantage, assuming there is not a good chance the first limper was trapping.
