Also, nobody at the table was given the option to pull their bets back before the hand proceeded.

You should have demanded someone higher up immediately. Write a letter to the casino, and enclose a copy of the letter you are going to send to the gaming commision. They'll give you their money back.

I have met with the state gaming commission and will receive their decision within 30 days.

I think in general the casinos should do everything they can to help out the player when it's the house that f-cks up. For instance this weekend I was playing blackjack at Binion's when 3rd base decided to split two 7's. The dealer then proceeded to deal him two cards face down and then go on playing her own hand as if he had split aces. Floor was called over and at first the guy was like, "All I can offer you is a push on both hands." Eventually he changed his tune and paid the player out on both bets, which was only like $10 on each hand.

I know in the old days Binion's would have paid his ass without question and probably given him a dinner comp just to keep him happy, but the fact that the floorman was actually going to just declare the hand a push was kinda disturbing.

BS, and I don't mean Basic Strategy. He asked what the rules were, he didn't lie to the dealer and say that he always gets 4 splits. The casino was wrong to change the play of the hands and at worse should have called it a push if the whole table agreed.

Also, even if there is karma, why would you receive negative karma for trying to win at a game without cheating?

The big coprs was the worst thing that could have happend to Vegas.

I was playing at the frontier. Dealer kept screwing up. To make a long story short they over paid me by 50 dollars or so. Called to floor over tryed to pay the cash back and they gave me the money. I said screw it. I did every thing I could to make it right short of sending them the money.

In referance to the guy talking about Karma. I ALLWAYS ASK IF I CAN DOUBLE ON A 3 OR 4 CARD 10,11. Due to it was a rule at one time. is that an angle shot? I really dont think so. You do not know if you do not ask.

Don't argue with these fools. I got called an angleshooter for the same kind of thing in poker. I asked a dealer a rule I was 90% sure of, but not quite sure.
