Re: JJ, there\'s gotta be another raise here somewhere
I play it the same way. Putting in another raise on the turn would be foolish, wait and see if you fill up on the river. Folding anywhere is out of the question. Nice hand.

[ QUOTE ]
i don't get the turn bet after CO caps the flop. why not c/r or check call if Button raises? [/ QUOTE ] Good question. I simply bet out because: 1) I'm going to cry if it gets checked through. 2) I wouldn't mind the CO raising again so I can 3-bet. 3) I try to minimize trickery in my play when the pot is multiway and some of my opponents suck. Good? Bad? |

Re: JJ, there\'s gotta be another raise here somewhere
sure! there's a raise on the turn, a bet or raise on the river... but I'm not sure I'd take either of them. of your options, I'd likely 3-bet the turn if I was looking for more action, as you've got outs if you are indeed behind, but I don't see any reason to raise the river. Maybe lead the river...

i like the way you played it
I'd play it the same way. Your top set looks pretty, but you are behind often enough to check/call the river.

Re: JJ, there\'s gotta be another raise here somewhere
Co had a straight w/ KQ right. Looks like fishy button had a flush.
CO did not raise the turn b/c she feared flush. Calling the turn is okay ( I would have c/r the turn but I'm a bit lag), but I'm not happy w/ trips on this board at the river. |

I don't mind your line at all.
What do you do if you hit the river? c/r? bet? |
