It would appear it is getting slowed down by trying to hit all the add servers. conjelco, pokerstars, etc. Just watch the bottom bar and see where it's getting stuck.
No clue here whether it's connectivity at 2+2 or somewhere between their servers and the add servers.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it has something to do with retarded ad servers? If that is true, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a fix for the problem by blocking some domain, but I don't know.
