Re: 150/300 hand: neverwin vs kurosh
unfortunately i searched and searched for a link, but couldnt find one. there was a thread in mid-high stakes this month about almost the exact same situation. hero has KQ and opens and is 3bet. flop comes like K88. it was stressed clearly that the correct play is to check call check call. the only debateable play in this hand is whether to lead the river or check-call/check-raise. the correct amount of bets to go into the pot in situations like this is 2.5, sometimes 1.5.

Re: 150/300 hand: neverwin vs kurosh
Right, this is mainly why I think Neverwin should bet the turn. Because a "good" player will usually check/call a King on the flop, not checkraise.

Re: 150/300 hand: neverwin vs kurosh
I'd assume that NW thinks that he will likely induce a bluff on the river more than he will get a worse hand to call the turn/and be raised by an 8.

Re: 150/300 hand: neverwin vs kurosh
The thinking in this hand seems similar to P. 250-252 in TOP (I think).
