Default Does anybody else make great folds like this at low limit tournaments?

I've primarily been playing the 10+1, 27 person tournaments on PokerStars. I generally play pretty tight, and I try to play on other peoples' aggression. To this point, I've seen 1 out of 51 flops outside of the blinds, and the person to my right had been playing just as tight from what I've seen. Does anybody ever give people credit for great hands at this level? Here it is:
