my question is what do you know about BB, and also what is your table image? have you been raising alot of pots?

a raise from UTG is pretty powerful. BB may be scared to raise to isolate unless he himself has a very strong hand because you could quite easily have a strong hand. would he likely be raising to isolate here with < AJ or < TT? what would he expect you to raise with UTG that you would fold when pushed back to you?

i would lay this down

And I dont know if the BB noticecd what had been going on with my bets.. but i had been raising and folding when pushed (except for one time i had KK) it happened 3 or 4 times.

And i messed around with pokerstove last night and i think i agree this is no good, because even if his range is expanded quite a bit, i'm still not in so good of shape.. just got lucky he only had 55 this time.

Given the table conditions I think I just fold UTG to start with.

The reasoning for my post was that, having AJ, you should be fairly sure you have a 3 outer at best, either against a bigger A or something like QQ. I just dont see calling there to ever be good. At least your luckbox was working.

Exactly what i was thinking. best case scenario they both have 22-TT (and it certainly not impossible), but on par one or the other will have a bigger Ace, or AA-JJ most times. Even given the reads this seems like it would still be true most of the time.
