The speed that I get is generally 312 Kbps, although depending on circumstances it might dip from time to time, like 256 or 304 or 292 or various, but generally it is pegged at 312. Are you a digit off?

BTW, down in the bottom of the Windows Media Player, you see where the time is? And the Copyright Joker Gaming comes from time to time? I see that it says there "Playing 300 K bits/second". Do you see that?
