Yes, I think on a scale of 1-10 Snoops (units of gangly-ness), pokerjoker clocks in at approximately 9 Snoops.

My healthy, well-toned weight is 6'3" 155. That's being able to bench body weight fit.

I'm 6'4 210, I can't imagine being less than 190. For real, if I was 190 I would have virtually no muscle mass.

If benching your bodyweight makes you fit, so does being able to run a 10 minute mile.

...and I thought I was skinny! I'm 6'4" 165 before breakfast. I did weigh 195 at one time, but I stopped going to the gym and lost 30 pounds over 2 years.
