I'd fold pre flop.

Ugh.

3-bet PF > fold PF. By far.

As you played it I don't get the flop raise at all. Turn-river is fine.

Hey guys,

I like to call preflop and raise the flop because I can represent a wider range of hands. If I 3-bet preflop and low(er) cards hit, I can't really bluff the flop.

So I have tended to look at 3-betting in the BB vs. a steal as an edge pushing thing, when I think I have the best hand preflop. Otherwise I like to call and take a stab at the flop.

Why is it better to 3-bet preflop when you don't have that great a hand?

I think you should 3bet or fold preflop.

I'm okay with a 3-bet, but I prefer calling to folding.

when you get reraised on the flop, how do you figure that you have any more than 3 outs?

I would fold if I got reraised on the flop.
