I, too, slowdown on the turn.

Person A can runover Person B by getting B to fold. You clearly aren't going to fold here, so don't worry about getting run over.

I, too, like bet-call the turn, and given a pseudo-safe river (which granted didn't happen this time, but you didn't know that when the turn action happened) bet-call the river.

get to showdown. Put in a lot of money on the way there. But with one pair, don't put in an unlimited amount.

my 2 pennies.

I kinda like the bet call, bet check-raise the river line. But this guy is gonna bet here regardless. I dont have to worry about that last bet going in.

I don't know. when i think i am ahead, sometimes i just wanna but the money in, regardless of the action. i thought i was ahead until the fourbet on the turn. that being said, there was no way i was mucking my hand on the rvr no matter what came up, since this pot was now over 3000.

Anyways, he showed down kq for the winner.
I guess even good players go off every once in awhile.
Sucks to lose a $3000 plus pot to some over aggro blind war. I still think I played it right, but thanks for the responses.

Wow, he managed to get every street capped with the worst hand at that point, but then checks when he improves to the best hand. That's truly impressive.
