i like playing 1/2 6 max, getting used to winning/losing lots quickly and then moving up to 2/4 and 3/6 6max.

Just to add what others have said, I've encountered so many more shorthanded / blind steal /defense situations in 1/2 6max than I saw in full, that I feel your progress in these areas come much faster than they would have at full ring.

Id just like to throw my plans out there... maybe itll help someone else... I played at .5/1 from 50 bucks up to 1000 in the past month. Im planning on playing about 2000 hands at .5/1 6 max and if it feels alright Ill jump into 1/2 6 max, and then to 2/4 when I get my BR up to about 2 grand
