Re: Massive draw vs Maniac and Friend
Obviously I didn't see your response when I posted my last post. The 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] was a pretty good turn for you (obviously a diamond would have been better).
Out of interest, what would you have done if, instead, the Jack came on the turn and Button had bet $8? |

Re: Massive draw vs Maniac and Friend
Note: regarding the guy with Kd4d... I would have folded preflop. And his betting a .25 on the flop was ridiculous. But... he had a great drawing hand on the flop. Yes, you had an A5 counterfeiting his flush draw. But you can't assume the 2nd nut flush is not going to be good everytime you play. He had a pair, 2nd nut flush draw and one overcard. There was a chance (though small) he had the best hand on the flop, and he had 14 outs to improve his hand to 2 pair up to a flush.
He played it donkishly... but if I had his hand, I would consider playing it strongly. |

Re: Massive draw vs Maniac and Friend
I would have called - in my opinion, the push decision is on the flop with ton of outs and 2 cards left. With one left, facing an $8 bet, I think I still have odds here.
