Sure the first one was hard and just about required having the game genie to beat. After that? Come on now, figure out the boss order and the games are at the perfect difficulty. Games these days are way too damn easy. Push a button, take a step, repeat.

Along with the others that have been mentioned, Rad Racer is up there. Rushin' Attack was a great game that didn't seem to catch on. I was also partial to Hogan's Alley.
