I would raise to force out UTG. You got position on SB. If he checked on the turn you take the free card. If he 3-bet or lead out the turn it's a clear fold.

There's no freecard to take, the only draws we're on are backdoor.

Whoops, somehow decided there was a BD flush. Clear fold in that case.
