Heads-up, even a passive player can raise just about any pair. Especially a passive microlimit player.

Just a guess but:

You are too lose pre flop. You go to far with marginal hands. You fold on the river too much when you are ahead. You don't know how to value bet. The poker gods hate you and you are a fish.

Oh, wait. That's my problem. I would be willing to bet it's one or more of the above, most people have those problems.
