I'll bet, after checking the turn, a "free" ace or jack on the river wouldn't feel so good; could win you less money or lose you the pot altogether.

I like half pot on the turn.

diamonds just makes it weird on the river if third diamond hits.

I think if you definitely got him pinned on a solid single pair hand like Aj or QQ though, I really like your line as AK definitely checks the turn like you did.

But he doesn't. He says later in the thread that he has no read. That's why I proposed the line I did above, any thoughts on the relative merits of that? Nobody seems to want to weigh in on it. [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

Ouch. LMAO. Okay, I really just wanted to see if anybody had a better line, but I guess I'll just go with nobody really hates it.
