If the turn is a blank, I'd wait in the weeds there too, as you really need someone to make a good second best hand.

Raising the flop to charge draws is stupid, you want the draws the come and hit.

Raising to build a big pot is shooting too early, you want someone to make a hand worth betting, and on this type of flop many cards make many hands on the turn, and betting on the flop may get them to fold.

There aren't too many hands it pays to play very slowly, but flopped quads on the button is one of them.

Seconded.

If you flopped a set as in your second question, have to raise to give callers 2 to 1 or worse odds. Especially on such a straight/flush drawing board. I'd probably bet 150% of the pot
