3 bet flop. You just missed out on some value by not doing it. Call down a cap. Folding is terrible here, because it is 2/4, you have no read on the villan, and (you answered this yourself) that there is enough of a chance that you're up against QQ or something worse to make calling correct.

You could call down if there was a Q and a J on the flop, or a queen and a read.
