i know nothing about this. however, i do know that party feels there are several programs that give a player an unfair advantage. they are checking all computers that connect to party, and notifying people to remove said software or their account will be closed. therefore, there is something out there. however, i believe if this worked, they would just keep it to themselves, make a ton of money and not tell anyone.

What is out there is software that gathers hand history files and makes statistics about players available for a fee. There also may be software that automatically computes your chance to hit a flush/straight/other draws or your % chance to win the hand based on your hole cards and the board. None of this has anything to do with cheating or being able to see hole cards.

Ok, check this out:
Go here: http://www.cheat-at-poker.com then scroll down until you can se to pictures. Now look at second picture. It looks like all five players are in the hand, but if you look carefully you can read in chat window:
Dealer: RIPBEAST folds.
Dealer: Hornet007 folds.

And onether thing: if there is five players in $10/$20 game and noone folded, why is there only $24 in the pot?

It's a scam. I only made $23,487.62 last month using their program and when I tried to get a refund they refused to give it to me.

haha, this comes from their "book".. this cracked me up because when I used to work in sells I used this (alternate choice close) and it worked very well, but that is a completely different situation. The author acts like you can be Obi Won Kenobi and manipulate their mind
"An example of how to use this while playing online poker would
be as follows: You are dealt 10,J hole cards and the flop comes Q,K,3
you decide to take a chance at play out the hand till the end. The turn
and river come and are 5,7 leaving you with nothing. Your opponent
has been betting hard the entire time and you are sure he has you
beat but you have already put so much of your money into the pot you
do not want to fold. So instead you ask him through the chat box:
“Would you like to fold or would you prefer to just give up?”

No Rules Poker By Ken Chan
You get it both options really mean the same thing i.e. to fold his
cards yet if he does not like his first choice he will subconsciously
decide on the second one!
What makes this technique work is the word OR. It implies that
someone is offering the opposite of something. It really does work
believe me. Another way in which you can try this is to ask someone:
“Are you going to raise the pot or just go ahead and bet?”
The next persuasion technique I would like to share with you is
something that is referred to as pseudo logic patterns. Basically when
information is presented in a certain manner it is natural for the
human mind to accept it as truth even if it not.
Cause and Effect language is one such example. This is when
someone believes (rightly or wrongly) that an effect was the result of a choice"

Of course, the effectiveness of such a stratagem would be somewhat limited on a player such as myself, who turns off all player chat.
