Why is it taking so long for William Hill to pay me? - Page 2

The first time you cash out, it can take up to 2 weeks for them to review your account. After that it just takes a day to cash out. So don't freak out(I did the first time), you will get your money eventually.

You would think they would want first cash outs to be very quick so as to foster a good feeling. Still nothing so it has been 6 days and in addition I have sent 3 emails (first one on Thursday night) and NONE of them have been responded to. At the very least respond to my friggin emails or put a disclaimer on your site saying "first cash outs can take up to a week...blah blah"

It seems like that's right. The first cashout takes a long time. It's been so long I forgot. But, that seems like what happened. Why I responded the first time above, is because I remember going through the same freakout. But, I got my money. But, yes, subsequent cashouts rarely take more than a couple days. I know it sucks, but just sit tight.

My experience with Will Hill is that you will eventually get paid - however, you will NEVER get a response to your e-mails.

I guess now would be a good time for me to initiate my first cash out...before I get into a bind needing the money in the future.

Did the BJ casino bonus thing. First time anywhere on WHill, deposited $80 via Neteller on 26th, got the $80, ran it up to $200.50 total next day and cashed out on 27th, hit my Neteller the 29th.

I did the exact same thing as you except that I deposited on the 24th and I ran it up to 250 for a total profit of 170. I guess my main beef is that they are not even responding to my emails

I did have a problem setting up the account. Their software crashed in the middle of the initial registration. It did not send me any info but said I was registered at my e-mail. To try to avoid problems signing up a second time, I tried (and did) to straighten it out via e-mail.
A joke. Automated responses. Please supply this info. I did. Response: Please supply the same info. Maddening. Slow. But got it straightened out.
