It's a tough little trick. Pretty cool idea, though. I like the duffel bag as well, I was suprised that it's actually decent quality.

Just push all of the towel part through the handle/bag part and it turns into a bag. Don't worry about folding it.

I plan to stockpile them and probably do nothing with them.
