Formula for a player of the year award?

To be fair I didn't develop the system, Poker School Online did. I think it's very fair provided you have a minimum # of game requirement for members in a given period. We rule that you must have played in at least 40% in a quarter and 40% in a month (for Quartly Winner and Player of the Month)

There are other important stats too - Return on Investment, % in the money (my favorite and one I need to work on!), number of wins, etc.
