I am looking into getting a nice watch in the price range of 300-700$.

[/ QUOTE ]

That's actually a very awkward price range for watches, from what I know. Most nice casual watches (citizen, pulsar, etc) top out around $300, while most of the high-end watch brands (omega, raymond weil, tag heuer, others...) don't start until around $1000, or much more depending on the brand.

I'm a Carpel/Tunnel, I think I know how to post links. I did it the way I always do. It worked fine in the preview post screen, but not in the actual post for some reason.

My bad.

I have honestly never read a watch thread in the last month. Forgive my ignorance.

just go by this rule: never buy a watch from a company that does not specialize in watch making.

i.e. DO NOT buy a gucci, armani, or diesel watch, etc.

get a tissot. they are money.

Some links (in this case links generated from 2+2 searches)
contain characters that mess up the instant UBB code.
They show up fine in the preview but not so much in the actual post.

TinyURL.com + Instant UBB Code = Clean Links.

For example...

Recommend a watch.

Somewhat inexpensive watches.

Watches.

What is a good watch to buy?

Expensive watch.

I'm considering buying this watch: what do you think?

but what do I know, I haven't achieved Carpal Tunnel status yet.

Sorry, I don't know why the links didn't work.

[/ QUOTE ]

When you use the search function to find a post, copy/pating the url won't work sometimes. I can't explain why. But, it's happened to me a couple times.
