[ QUOTE ] Two words: game selection. [/ QUOTE ] Ya, I forgot to include a in my original post. I am pretty fucking meticulous in my game selection. Like ridiculously meticulous. [/ QUOTE ] Hi, thanks for the good advice, can you describe your method for selecting the best tables please? Thanks in advance, I'm sure many will find it interesting, those are amazing stats... |

42/7.7 average for 16K hands....wow! My 6max tables are only 37/8 for 14K.....found something I really need to work at instead of grabbing the first seat I can on the highest ave pot table I can get.

Your SF% is skewed due to playing at lots of short tables. Not that it's a bad strategy, but I don't think it's directly comparable unless others are also playing short.
Over a sample size several times larger than yours I've had a SF% of 34.90 for 8.94 Players. I'm not in a position to compare 2/4 to 1/2, but there are plenty of good games available at 2/4. Best of luck to all in your transitions. |

The players at Party 2/4 full are ridiculously weak-tight. Try to steal as many pots and blinds as you can. Especially on the turn.

I think I read it somewhere that 6-Max table is very helpful for 2/4 and above.

Run good over your first 10k hands, so you don't get scared from playing it.
100BB swing right away made me afeared of full ring =(. |

through my first 7k hands at 2/4, i'd say in general that at 1/2 you find out if you're behind on the flop or the turn, but at 2/4 you're more likely to find out on the river. which is just to say that the post-flop play is better, but the c/r works better, at least it has for me.
