Re: How to play this bottom set
If they dont fold overpairs as the op suggested, then why fck around on the flop and risk a scare card ruining your action.
Plus there is a flush draw out there, so if you CR all in on the flop they will never fold JJ-AA... At least the type i have in mind. I think a CR all in is also weaker looking then a CR to like 300-400, but I dunno. -Jason |

Re: How to play this bottom set
If they're in love with overpairs why didn't you lead at the flop?

Re: How to play this bottom set
I just never know what "bad players" mean. If the other players are thinking players, they may read c/r all in as a draw and be confident in an overpair call, which makes the c/r all in brilliant - I don't know, game dependent.
If they can't get away from overpairs ever, then getting all the money in here is always correct - I just don't see that many players who are that bad. |

Re: How to play this bottom set
If both players have PP's, and you hit your set it is going to be set over set something not far under 20% (by river) of the time and you are always at the wrong end of the stick on that one. In addition, you will lose to an overpair with a spade there over 10% of the time. You are also not stacking every time you hit (I don't care how bad these guys are) and you can't make anyting else out of this garbage. I would like someone, who always limps with 22 in MP-LP and/or calls over 7% of a raisers stack to post some stats and prove to me that folding 22 is "Gross".
