I eat the calcium chews. I'm LI too. Mmmm, tasty chocolate morsels with vitamin D too. The calcium tablets are large and hard to swallow. I choked on one trying to swallow so I switched to the chewables which cost more but taste better. I've tried Lactaid and it helps. It's still not like you don't feel it but just a small amount of bloating and a couple farts. I've read that it's mostly just Europeans that drink milk. Africans and Asians are usually lactose intolerant but I haven't taken a poll myself.

I miss milk with my oreo cookies.

There are other brands. Have you tried them all?

Also, there is a new kind that you only have to take once a day. I don't remember the name, but they might be better.

I'vew also read where some people have apparently been able to retrain their bodies to make the milk digesting enzyme by eating lots of yogurt, etc. Try googling this.
