if you have an edge, playing more hands per hour increases it. Slowing down the table hurts your edge. Also, making fish angry, bored, or otherwise uncomfortable can make them swim away. Please stop [censored] with my profits.

I agree. Pissing off the table is a bad idea. Soon you'll have nine people gunning for you.

Remember Mike Caro on the WPT "By the Book" tourney? He said that he keeps the game fun, and then people don't mind when they lose to him. Good advice, you never know who you are angering and what they are capable of doing.

Default BINGO! Good Post!

If your a good player, then more hands per hour results in more money from you. The best players are the ones that are passive. The toughest are the maniac aggressives. When you tick people off they will have one of three responses:

1. Leave and go to a table that is more fun (bad).
2. Start gunning for you (bad, forget bluffing and semi bluffing). Tricky opponents will cause big fluctuations in your bankroll. I'll take passive and predictable opponents over tricky opponents any day!
3. Stay and endure your anticts.

The tactic of putting your opponents on tilt and theoretically winning all their money is WAYYYYYYY over-rated.

What amazes me is that you seem proud of being an angle-shooter. To me, it's the sign of a weak player who can't win legitimately and has to use 'tricks' like checking out of turn, etc. But this kind of stuff only works at the tiny stakes against tourists. And maybe it'll make you an extra $10 a day, but make you look like a pathetic scumbag. If you really want to make money at poker, learn to play better. Then you can see how silly all this angle shooting is. And you may be able to advance to higher stakes where real money can be made.

PS you do this at my table and I'll knock your teeth down your throat so far you'll have to drop your pants to chew your food.

Don't know why I'm feeding the troll, but...

The fact that you think it's "fun" to piss off others shows how immature you are. The fact that you think it's profitable to slow the game down shows how stupid you are. The fact that you proudly claim to be an angle-shooter shows what a dick you are.

just wanted to say thanks for all the responses &

btw i am not an angleshooter, i do tip and i take less than a second to look at my cards and act.....................

i've been posting the thoughts of my alter-ego who remains undercontrol and hidden to all poker tables...
p.s. there are however so many poker players out there that piss me the hell off, but it seems like the only thing i do and will continue to do back to them - is take their money
