Ack, I gotta go to bed so I'm just going to go ahead and post this.

I checked the river, and I think checking is correct.

I don't think I can value bet against this player. He is passive, but reasonable post-flop. So I check and hope he'll check through something like a slightly better T. I save a bet when I'm behind, and I don't think I give up a bet when I'm ahead.

Of course, that means I have a tough (imo) call if he bets the river. I just don't see him bluffing too often being passive and all, but poor players will sometimes bet even bottom pair when checked to HU.

I thought that the action leading up to the river decision may have put me in a tough spot, but everyone else seems to play it the same way I did.

So, what do you guys think of the river logic?

I check call the river, even passive players will bet the river with junk if you check it to them sometimes.

I love the check here. There's a chance we got rivered by Ax, so we minimise our losses. There's a chance someone missed their draw (or think we picked up ours at the least, since they might take our betting as overcards), so a bet would fold almost all hands except ones that beat us. Checking to someone might also induce a bluff, which is good.

Good check-call.

The only thing is, could betting induce a better T to fold? Unlikely, but its a factor.

Adam, I totally know how to play this hand, start to finish, on all boards against all opponents and all possible actions...

In fact, I bet I could even PREDICT the board cards lke 90% of the time.
