I would never fold QQ 3 way at the end of the tourney. If someone happens to have AA or KK then so be it, and I'm sure as hell not gonna be scared of a race with the chiplead. The first one is hard. I'm basically eliminating AA or KK as 3 way it is just too unlikely. I would call because I think the button would fold to a push and a call. Because of this, there would be sufficient money in the sidepot to give me odds. Additionally, the SB might do that with AQ occasionally, in which case I'm way ahead. The payouts are so heavily geared towards 1st place that you gotta play for first. The first hand is the perfect example.

Huh? Nobody wants to know where the blinds are in relation to our stacks? It's clearly of vital importance in Situations A and C. B is a clear call no matter what.

A - I'm inclined to fold, although with shallow stacks it becomes a clear call.
C - I'm inclined to call.
