Re: Raymer going for 4 cashes in a row in 2000+ WSOP fields
[ QUOTE ]
Did Devilfish Ulliot bust out of the ME? Cause he got 72 in the ME last year, 3rd in the 1500$ first event and 9th in the 2nd one. [/ QUOTE ] I think Allen Cunningham & David Levi might have multi cashes in the huge events, and there's prolly a couple guys who've finished ~80-180th in 3 or 4 of 'em. Guess one could spend a few hours on pokerpages & Hendon Mob looking it up! But nonetheless, great, great job by Greg. If Pete Lawson(SLC homeboy) gets busted out, I hope Greg gets headup w/Olga Varkonyi on Friday. |

Re: Raymer going for 4 cashes in a row in 2000+ WSOP fields
Per card player update less than fifty minutes ago:
[ QUOTE ] Russell Banes goes all-in preflop with J-J and is called by Greg Raymer, who holds Q-Q. The board comes 10-9-5-K-3. Raymer busts Banes and now has $545,000 in chips. [/ QUOTE ] Good luck Greg on another strong tournament! Re: Raymer going for 4 cashes in a row in 2000+ WSOP fields
It is possible that someone else may have also cashed in all 4 but both cunningham and levi didnt cash in this one and there have only been 4 2000+ player tournies. So I am guessing Greg is the only one.

Re: Raymer going for 4 cashes in a row in 2000+ WSOP fields
I thought that the one of the best 2+2 posts was when Greg stopped by just after winning last year. An awesome ambassador for the game and a first-class guy. Good luck Greg!

700K now
Raymer is in second place overall with 700K now. Simply amazing.
A dangerous Phil Ivey is also looming. |
