Are you sure about that? I distinctly remember seeing a sign about firearms in the front lobby of Harvey's (Tahoe) that limited firearm to law enforcement personnel or some such.

Unless otherwise posted by the owners of the property, it is legal.

(At least that's what I've learned from reading some info via Google.)
