i know its not an instrumental but the first 7 minutes or so of floyd's shine on is great to marinate to.

it was also performed quickly years ago by astroglide! not sure if i should be proud of it or not.

my favorite instrumental is probably 'oscillate wildly' by the smiths.

I wish I had taken lessons in High School, then I'd be mediocre instead of just a Zeppelin Karaoke machine.
