Damn cable out 1AM lose 6 buy ins at 33's, does anybody have backups?

My apartment building has T1 that is included in my maintenance payments. It can be spotty at times and has cost me a few hundred dollars over the last couple of months. Today, TWC installed Roadrunner and it will be my primary internet acces with the T1 being secondary. If this should fail, evrything electronic is going to fly out the windows of my apartment. I say definitely have backup. DSL and cable should make lost service as close to a non issue as possible.
