There's so much talk about how Gus looks now, but not even one picture!

Jesus.

Jesus Fergusson is $10M in debt.

That seems plausible considering he just started Full Tilt not long ago. I suspect his $10M was a good investment and will pay itself back many times over.

I love how your thought process goes from him having not shaved as proof of him being millions in debt.

yeah thats it.

when gus was running hot, he was always looking his best: clean shaven, dressed nice, and looking upbeat.

this is not just from the WPT videos but the several times i saw him in vegas.

now every pic and video of him he looks very ragged around the edges, and like he is not having fun.

and the rumors of him losing lots and owing money to people seems to coincide with him not caring what he looks like.

that thought process work out better for you?

the reasoning behind him being desheveled equaling him being millions in debt is understood. When he was hot on the circuit he looked nice, now he looks like crap so he probably is in debt.

However this is still a huge jump in logic.

Gus may need a Gillete razor, but some people in this forum need Occams razor and badly.

that would fit in well with the rumors of him oweing a lot of people money in poker.

Whenever I see someone that is unshaven, I always assume it is due to excessive debts.

Not quite true. After leaving the army I grew myself a 3 day beard. I havenīt had any debts back then. BUT: I bought a car shortly afterwards and had to take a loan. A couple of years later I bought a house, again needing a loan from my bank. See: The beard doesnīt show you have debts, it leads you to make debts!
