A VERY short night as my Queens get all-in preflop against aces. After raising him allin, he takes about 10-15 seconds to think about it before calling. Guess it was a real tough decision.

Why risk it that early in a tournament when you are a coinflip? If you are a better player you may want to wait for bigger advantages.

Even if he calls preflop, unless an ace or a king fall on the flop I think he'd have a very hard time getting away from his hand.

Table 3, LuckyBadPlyr

It would be nice if everyone that posts an "I'm in" would include their SN if different from their 2+2 nick. Just a thought...

Later,

I guess I'm not good enough to fold queens preflop...especially early. See way too many people putting in big raises and calling allins with MUCH less in the first hour. I'm down to two hands, a coinflip with one. Also, I really didn't put the guy on aces the way he played it. Does any rational person put in a raise like that with aces? Obviously it worked, but I think I only reraise this with 3 hands and he was fortunate enough for me to have one of them.

Don't mean to sound sarcastic with that "I guess I'm not good enough to fold queens" line. I'm mainly a SNG player still working on my MTT game. I really don't think I have enough of an edge later to give up these kinds of hands early.

kevin, for what it's worth, i play it the same. the donks in these tournaments make that raise w/ much less than AA or KK.

anyways, i'm already up to 4400, AA and KK have been very good to me.

Folding QQ in this situation is very, very bad IMHO.

Out 544 and kinda sick now as I went out when I made a set of 9s on the flop. Saw a straight possibility and maybe should have laid the hand down when the villian went all in.
JJ . .should I have laid that down?

First break at 1132. Had 2800, but decided to semi-bluff my flush draw overcards and got instacalled by aces.

In first in the $10 rebuy on party though.
