I think relish is vital.

My mom used to put chunks of apple in tuna salad - not so good in a sandwhich, but really quite tasty if you are eating it straight.

Mayonaise, mustard and capers.

This has been my breakfast every single day for the last year.

a week ago i went to this italian deli and ordered a tuna sandwich. he asked if i wanted tomatoes and lettuce on it and i was like sure that would be good.

the sandwich came with tuna, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese (??????)

who puts cheese on a tuna sandwich?

i like my tuna with mayo, a little pickle juice, and potato chips on the bread. my mother used to put celery in it but i never really cared too much for it.

I love tuna as I'm sure all of you do.

What do you add to your tuna when making a sandwhich?

[/ QUOTE ]

Mayo, celery and pepper, plus cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and avocado.
