How do you want to live your pointless existence until that time..? At a fu.cking poker table? Or with the ones you love and your friends enjoying the best aspects of life. This post is partly a self jolt into not playing poker anymore becuase I am realizing how much it is fu.cking up my life. Also, I hate this fu.cking forum. lol my thoughts exactly... such a rant can only be spurred on by going broke. Guess what dude, a lot of people make good money at poker, and love playing the game just for strategy. It's not ruining everyone's lives... I play about 20 hrs a week on top of my real career and I still have plenty of time for a long term girlfriend, travel, friends, and hobbies. Get a clue.

You have a point - I know some people who are successful in poker, but have ruined their lives in most other ways because of it (school, friends etc). Not all of us are like that though.
