This same thing happened to me in a limit SNG last night. I had JJ. Board was near identical with flush card hitting the turn. I called turn and non-flush river and was shown AT. However, the preflop action was different, since he raised and I 3-bet, but I still think this is a wierdly played A a majority of the time, and the pot isn't big enough to try and find out for sure.
