You folded the inferior hand. You made your decision based on the info. that you had and it turned out that you were right to fold. I too would be reluctant to play TT for 3 bets cold in that situation regardless of your read on the re-raiser of being a bully. I don't think you did anything wrong here.

ok once you fold forget about the results.

that being said I would have called to see the flop since it is a limit tourney. you had a medium pair why not see what the flop contains. you hit a set or you fold but to fold this preflop to a bully seems a bit tight to me.
