I emailed Empire earlier this morning, and haven't heard back yet. I would have expected a form letter by now, so maybe (maybe) they're rethinking the 15 day thing?
They must be getting bombarded with mail on this, and not just from 2+2ers. |

Mine shows elapsed too. In the meantime, I have stopped playing until I can be sure the hands "count"... [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] I sent an e-mail too, about 1/2 hour ago.

I also received this error and emailed them at 12:30 est. They sent me an automatic reply that said someone would look into it and contact me within 24-48 hours.

No problems whatsoever on my end.
Deposited last night around 2am. $100 in my bonus account that says "bonus pending". (haven't played any hands yet, so don't know if they're showing up yet, but at least i'm not getting the 'elapsed' message). No, i haven't made any cashouts in last 15 days. Maybe that IS the key. |

I had the same problem, contacted them, and received this reply (I posted this in the bonus thread already, too):

What's strange though is that my last cashout was 29 May!? |
