aggression factor = (bet% + raise%)/call%

when you fold too much, it usually replaces times you should be calling (you usually wouldn't be folding when you should be betting or raising). so your call% goes down, and your aggression factor goes up.

a very high aggression factor almost always means you're folding too much on a given street.
